Interview
They reached out to me over the phone, and scheduled a phone interview for the coming week. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes, and was a group interview. They then arranged to fly me to Warroad for an in person interview, and showed me the plant, as well as the town. In person interview was an hour long group interview, followed by tour, lunch, and a period for asking questions.
