The interviewer has a checklist of questions. They dont process your responses they simply check boxes off, so if they ask you one question and the next question is obviously related there is no connection made. So let's say by trade you had been a firefighter. You tell them that. The next question is do you ever work with ladders. Uh yes, firefighter? So the whole interview goes like that. There is no conversation simply check boxes and then give a job offer at the end assuming all the boxes are checked. When asked about Insurance coverage available it was explained that that information is given after the position is accepted, which is ludicrous.
