I was contacted by a third-party recruiter on Linked In and submitted my resume. After that, I did a quick phone interview with the recruiter and was scheduled for a phone interview directly with MasTec the next day. The phone interview was maybe about 15-30 minutes. The questions were not hard, as they were mostly about work experience. The interviewer was pleasant. About two hours later, I received a call from the recruiter saying that they want to make me an offer. I am currently waiting to receive it.
