They call you in to meet you they tell you a bunch of crap about how the company has room to grow

Not much to it. Pretty standard small office character assessement as the job was considered one that could be very much learned through training & enough hands on. Manager at the time was actually relocating but he seemed like a guy that would've been pleasant to work with.
