Fairly easy process, I found the job posted on my local Craigslist and went to the site. The website confirmed there were positions available. I filled out the application online. The next morning I received an email from a recruiter giving me the run down of the position, pay and location and to see if I was still interested. Then she called and conducted a very simple screening questions and stated she will schedule a time with the Hiring Manager to meet with me face to face. She schedule me to meet at 3pm but had given the Manager 1pm so in the Manager's eyes I flaked the interview until I showed up 2 hrs later with proof that I was given a different time. However, she was in the middle of a meeting so I had to wait until she was done. The questions & answers session was done fairly quickly and to the point. She was upfront and honest that I was about to work my butt off and i asked her when can I start!! Later that evening I received a call from the Recruiter apologizing for the mix up and stated the manager had wanted to hire me! I had to fill out more paperwork for the release of my background and to have a chain of command drug screening UPS to me. Once everything has come back to positive...I get the job offer letter!
