mostly over phone. very nice. Not always super responsive but always sincere and meant the best. Outsourced HR makes hiring process slightly unique. HR folks could not have been nicer. TRuly loved time there. Door was always open. Always

What makes a successful product vs a successful project
We did the interview as virtual and then I came in for a follow up. There was good communication and turn around time. My interviewer was polite and professional. Had relevant questions and seemed enthusiastic about getting me onboard.
