I've first got an email to schedule a phone screen with an HR intern. After that call, I was scheduled the next day for a longer phone interview with the HR manager.

Mostly about why applying for the position? Why choosing their company? Long-term goals? Desired salary? I've asked for the salary range but they haven't answered the question and I did not insist.
