Interview
Initially, I was contacted by a HR representative. We had about a 30 minute phone screen interview. After that I had two more phone interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. Lastly, I had an in-person interview. Each individual was very friendly, informative, and passionate about their role in the company.
Multiple rounds of interview to assess suitability. Mostly wanted to know the level of comfort around various clinical environments. Also required to present on a Masimo technology which was straight forward.

Friendly, honest, open, easy get-to-know you questions. They seemed more interested on if I was a good fit with the team and if I was someone who was going to stick around.
