I was flown out to California and interviewed by three different people on the process engineering team for 30 min each. They all wanted to gauge my engineering abilities and asked about my experiences but also difficult technical questions that I couldn't have really prepared for, to which I had to respond with "I don't know" a lot. The interview process besides that was pleasant, because they showed the beautiful facilities and paid for the whole trip.
