Interview process started with initial fundamental screening process and questions. Moved on to a second interview with the hiring manager, questions were fair and the type of questions one would expect in such a role. Then the last and final interview was with executive management, again fair questions that one would expect. They just want to get a sense of who you are and if you’re up for the task before making you an offer. Quite understandable since these guys are quite successful, in their game and don’t like wasting their time. No curveballs, nothing fancy, simply a fair mutual and respectful exchange.
