Prepare for a whole day (8+ hours) on site interview. You will talk to everybody from EVP to engineers there. I talked to nine people in my case.
Most of the people there is nice. However, it looks like the senior management level is not flexible.

Interview
First I had a phone call with the HR person. Then the same day a phone interview with the hiring manager. They asked me about circuit design and hardware fundamentals. Basic switching circuits and interconnect and wiring techniques for layout design. Went over my resume and previous projects.
