- 30 minute phone screening with recruiting - ~1 hour Team’s interview with Senior Director of process engineering and Director of process engineering - Automation - ~4 hour on-site interview and lunch. Offer presented at the end of the interview. Communication was outstanding with the recruiting team. The interview process was efficient and fast. Management seems to move quickly if they see a good fit. (Interview process to offer was done in ~ 2 weeks)
