I interviewed with the recruiter who was great and immediately stated she wanted me to interview with the hiring manager. An interview was set up… the hiring manager (SVP) did not show up. The interview was set up a second time and the SVP did not show up. If this is how Masimo treats candidates, that is not a good sign. Candidates deserve respect too. Very disappointed by this experience especially since they wanted someone on-site 100% and I was open to that. Not many people want to be onsite 100% anymore. Treat candidates better, we are people too.
