The whole interview process was a total mess right from the get-go. It started off with a rude recruiter during the first round, making the whole experience pretty awkward. It was supposed to be just her and me, but suddenly, she decides to throw another person into the mix 20 minutes into a 30-minute interview. Not only was it unprofessional, but it completely threw me off having to repeat everything for this new person. Then, surprisingly, I made it to the final round where I was supposed to meet the CEO and the VP of Operations. A few days before the interview, I get this message from the recruiter basically warning me not to waste their precious time. Irony much? Because they ended up canceling on me 3 minutes AFTER the scheduled start time, claiming “demands required them to be elsewhere”. Needless to say, I withdrew my application. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. Total waste of time.
