After applying for the position I got an email invition for a phone interview. Completed the phone interview and had a very good impression of the manager and company. I explained my skills and experience and how they aligned with the job role. The manager loved me and mentioned I would be hearing back from her at the end of the week. About 3 weeks has passed, I see that the job position has been reposted on several job boards, so I send a follow up email to see if I am still being considered for the position. The manager responds saying yes and that she's still interviewing people and I should hear from her soon. A week passed and I finally hear back from a coordinater, and give the times and dates I am available for interview. The coordinator responds pressuring me to interview earlier within the next 3 days; I obliged. The interview took place with about 10 people in panel interview setting. There were only 30 minutes so I was slammed with questions back to back, it was hard trying to figure out how the questions relate to the job role, but because the manger was so 'close' to her team, she insisted everyone had to be in the panel interview which honestly overhwehlmed me. Every question I had regarding the job role was dodged under the guise that its a new position they haven't fully developed. I asked if there is anything in my experience or resume that she feels did not suit the position, she got quiet and didn't answer; the director then volunteered himself to answer the question, and rudely responded and never answered my question. They said I would be hearing back at the end of the week, but it has been over a month since I had the interview.
