I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Masonite International (Stanley, VA) in Apr 2011
Interview
You get there and they tell you about the job, it's really hard to describe so they take you on a plant tour. They ask about your previous experience and based on your experience they tell you where you could fit in. If they like you, you will take a drug test, a math test, and review safety videos before you go, not to mention a ton of paperwork for your background test. If everything goes well, you usually start in about a week.
I only got asked three questions
All personal information like name address Email then she said something about the shift and I couldn’t accept the times at first but now
I think I can work something out they also pay good here
