Mass General Brigham Agreement Associate interview questions

The interview process was very unprofessional, a waste of time, and very ridiculous. There was a phone interview and then I was contacted by the company for a virtual interview for very inflexible times. I responded to the inflexible schedule for a virtual interview the following day. 20 minutes later the associate who contacted me to schedule the interview responded that the position was filled. This practice is inappropriate and a waste of their company's and applicant's time.
