They reached out via email to schedule interview over zoom. The interview process was pretty standard, They described the work environment and asked about my experience, what I am looking for and my plans for the future.
Two rounds. One with the PI and the other with the current Research Assistant. Just basic interview questions and process to go over resume details. However I think this process can be varied by departments.
