Interview
Typical interview process, I went in and met with the person they wanted me to support. The interview was more like a conversation where we talked about my resume and how I could/would support them. They gave me an offer and a sign on bonus soon after, but when I asked if it was possible if the sign on bonus could be added to my salary instead they retracted their offer. I thought that was a bit odd because if they had said no I would have accepted the offer regardless, but maybe I dodged a bullet.
