Did not get to second round despite having 90% of the qualifications listed in the job posting and years of experience in the field. First round was with HR recruiting rep, 2nd round was supposed to have been with a committee.

Standard first round interview with a Human Resource screening call followed by a case study in front of a panel of the team. The team was very respectful and asked good questions to try and better understand the recommendation being made.

They asked to review a case study and put together a 3-5 slide presentation to support the case. Many questions asked about what the recommendation was.
It was holistic and questions covered all aspects of professional and personal life to where I want to head in the future. I would say no special presentation is required.
