Phone interview was scheduled via email and no invite sent. Five minutes after interview scheduled to start, I called interviewer and he was not prepared. Experienced candidate and I was asked about my education. I was then asked how many years experience I had in a variety of areas (all available on my resume). I was then told he got a text and had to call me back and he hung up. I waited 20 minutes for a call back and when he did, got more questions about years experience, and then told that was all.
