Interview
Pretty basic interview. Asked about education, why you want to be a financial advisor etc... almost feels like they hire on a rolling basis. The process was very straightforward though. The questions were very simple and did not really qualify a potential employee. The work environment is mostly commission based so if you didnt do your job you didnt get paid., thus the lack of meaningful interview questions.

Interview over the phone with a manager on basic qualifications and information about position. Basic sales job interview but requires referrals and little bit of work prior to applying. After the phone call, paperwork, you hear back from them.
