Massage Envy Front Desk Associate interview questions

Interview started right on time. It felt more like a description of the job duties and whether or not I would be a good fit for the position. This may be because the location I was applying for was very under-staffed. I wasn't really asked any "interview questions", just more along the lines of what my sales experience is and if I would be up to the task of selling memberships. I was offered the position just hours after the interview.

They have a 2-3 interviews minimum before you are hired. They like for you to meet and talk with all of management and the owners, extensive questions and a assessment before your interview is required. I would suggest really researching the role, as it is a company that tries to make the pros shine and not really talk about the cons. Depending on the location and owners you pretty much do everything in the spa including things that the Massage Therapists could be taking care of.
