There is a mulit-level assessment before you get an interview. Personality questions, trustworthiness, customer service questions, sales aptitude and math questions. You need to pass this before you are granted an interview. The interview is basically going over your resume, finding our about your past customer service, and finding out what you'll bring to the job.

Because there is a sales component to the job it can be difficult to answer the sales questions if you've haven't had a sale job in the the past.
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
