I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview was as a traditional one goes. The GM spoke a lot and didn’t leave room for answers. as the opportunities arose I spoke of my accomplishments and skills. The familiarity I had to Massage Envy’s operations and their expectations. I was told I’d be called 4 days later, so I called, them we have been playing phone tag for 1-2 weeks. I just got an email saying the DM has changed the ASM position and that they suggest I apply for sales associate and work my way up. This was surprising and insulting. I have 5 years sales management experience and 1 year district experience so I was rubbed the wrong way. I will tell you that the bonus structure is worth while and that the operations is simple, the scheduling and expectations is very adaptable.
The interview consisted of me and another person both being interviewed at the same time being asked the exact same questions back to back while another employee sat next to the interviewer taking notes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2022
Interview
Met with the GM and district manager. Went on two in person interviews and was being asked to interview for GM role at a different location. I accepted and was asked to wait around for two weeks before they could set up a third interview that never happened. I was later told “they went a different direction”. My time was wasted and they were sneaky.
Relatively easy interview process. The manager was nice and to the point. It took about 3 days to hear back. After the interview we trained on how to answer phones and check guests in and out.
