Interview
The interview process went pretty quickly. I applied online and received a call the next day to set up an interview. The location was very nice, and the employees were very nice and welcoming. The lady that interviewed me was also nice. She asked standard questions. After the interview the lady invited me to stay 30 minutes after the interview to see what a typical day at Massage Envy was like and what the job entitled. It gave me the opportunity to ask questions and see what the job would be like.
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
