I applied and was called about 3 days later for an interview, which was scheduled 2 days later.
When i got there, they made me fill out another application before the actual interview. The interview was pretty basic & easy. After, she said they would call for a 2nd interview if i met the requirements as well as send me the script you have to memorize and role play. They called me a few hours later to schedule my 2nd interview 2 days later. They never sent me the script the next day, and i tried calling and emailing everything i could find and they were not helpful at all. I didnt get the script until 2 days before i was supposed to interview. I ended up canceling the 2nd interview because I realized it wouldn't be the right job for me considering the script is so completely ridiculous and you have to be a really pushy person to sell those memberships, which i am not.

Phone interview 1st. That went really well, so scheduled an in person interview. That went really well also and I got a job offer. Up to that point, communication was great. I was just waiting until the background check was completed, then they would give me my start date. After a few days from when I accepted the position and filled out my hiring paperwork online and still no word, I text the manager asking for an update. She did get back to me and said she'd been sick and said she would keep me updated and suggested some more online training stuff (that I could do while waiting or wait until I started). After that... nothing. They ghosted me. I waited a couple weeks- wanting to reach out but not wanting to bug them. Finally, I sent a text asking when my start date would be and she replied they didn't hear from me, so went another way. What??? So completely rude and unprofessional and just plain weird.

Applied online and followed up with a manager and was hired same day. It was a short interview with the business manager to gauge sales experience and if you fit with the culture of the company!

In person interview with general and assistant manager . They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable about being myself and learning about me and what made me decide to apply .
