Interviewer was quiet and seemed bored to be doing her job. I was over qualified for the job, but was hardly asked about my experience at all. Couldn’t have lasted 5 minutes. Heard from some of the workers that apparently the girl that does the interviews doesn’t want to be replaced, so she only hires ditsy girls for the front desk position.

The manager was late to the interview I waited for her for 10 minutes. She didn’t apologize at all . She told me about the opportunity asked me a few questions. My experience matched up with the job description. She told me she would get me on a zoom call with the owner and claimed she texted him . She asked if I had anything to do for the rest of the day I said no I wasn’t busy . She asked if I could wait at the front with her for about 5 minutes until the owner text back . She said if the owner doesn’t text back she will set up a zoom call with me and the owner at 4pm . She told me to text her my email and I did and she would email me the zoom link . I left and waited all day and never received anything from her not a zoom link or anything . If the manager didn’t want to hire me she could’ve been professional enough to tell me that instead of wasting my time .

I was asked a series of formal questions. When pay was discussed it wasn’t clear what base pay would be or the commission rates. The role was nothing that I thought it would be. Very heavy sales and strict rules. Was told I would hear back with an offer, but I never did.
