Interview
The interview process was simple, and what I'd expect from a franchise of this caliber. I was first to greet the front desk, which was a red flag since all walkins should be greeted once the door opens. The actual interview took too long (over an hour), pay was non-negotiable (even with my years of experience), and management seemed lackadaisical when it came to getting back to me with a timeline of when I'd get a callback/email, onboarding and training, etc. I was offended by their final offer and declined.
I was not interviewed I was hired on the spot. I started after my background check. The interview was more co like over the phone. I was asked about experience
