I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MasterBrand Cabinets
Interview
The process went rather smooth: I applied through company's site, received a request for an interview with the recruiting professional for about 30 min and then had one more interview with the hiring manager for about an hour. Both teammembers I've met were friendly and pleasant. All questions were rather predictable in a good way: why am I searching for a new role, strong sides, specific skillset questions. Overall it was a really nice experience and I liked the people.
I applied online. I interviewed at MasterBrand Cabinets (Jasper, IN) in Oct 2023
Interview
During the interview, I was questioned extensively about my previous employment, including the nature of my responsibilities and the perception my former colleagues may have had of me. The interviewer provided a detailed overview of the role, explaining the expectations and responsibilities associated with the Financial Analyst position.
I was informed that I would be notified within a week regarding the status of my application, either for a second interview or with feedback on the outcome. Unfortunately, this expected communication has not materialized, and I am left without any indication of the status of my application.
