Had initial phone screen and then 2 other interviews. First with hiring manager then a panel with the potential for one more. Only problem is that after the panel, I got zero contact from anyone and it’s been just over a month now. I understand if I’m not who they are looking for but even a generic, automated email saying thanks but no thanks is just the bare minimum professional. I had even tried to follow up with the recruiter/ta and got no response. For such a large corporation where everyone talked culture, I sure didn’t see any care for people in being ghosted.
