I recently interviewed for the Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst position at MasterBrand Inc. The process consisted of three rounds, each lasting an hour, primarily focused on my Salesforce experience. Overall, the interview process itself was well-structured and engaging.
However, despite completing all rounds and following up multiple times, I never received any communication regarding the next steps or feedback. This lack of response reflects a growing trend among employers who fail to respect candidates' time and effort, especially for such senior position. Ghosting professionals after multiple rounds of interviews is highly unprofessional and leaves a negative impression.
I hope MasterBrand Inc. reconsiders its approach to candidate experience and prioritizes clear, timely communication in the future.
