I applied online. I interviewed at MasterBrand Cabinets (Fort Collins, CO) in Jun 2025
Interview
Spoke with HR rep and discussed my extensive background in sales, territory management and cabinetry. Got shut down quickly because I live 40 minutes to an hour from one customer while the territory extends 40 minutes in the other direction and over 4 hours to the farthest customer- “I am outside the territory of Denver proper”. HR doesn’t understand there is, of course, windshield time associated with TERRITORY Management!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MasterBrand Cabinets (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
A couple of phone interviews then flew to Atlanta to meet management. Interviewed then rode with a rep for the day to see what the work would be like in real life. Then interviewed again over dinner. Given an offer within a week.
