Interview
Great response from HR/Recruiter, was then asked to follow up with a Skype interview with the 4 development Managers. Only 2 showed up (one being 10 mins late), and they were not prepared at all for web interview. Was asked a few questions, with their audio kicking in and out, and one coding question. I was asked to write some pseudo-code on paper, then email a picture of it to them. There was no discussion of my solution at all. By the time I finished the problem (maybe 5 mins) one of the managers had left, and I was informed that because this was over the web, they could not give me their normal QA problem all the other applicants receive. That was it.
Everyone I talked with was super nice, and the company seemed to have great work conditions. I do wish they would have invited me to an in-person interview (I live a few hours away).
If you are applying from a different city, I would highly recommend insisting on an in-person interview.

Great process, and environment. Spent a lot of time talking about the culuture and how i would fit in. They have a great vision for the company. Felt like there were several zoom interviews over a couple of days

Interview
A phone interview then onsite panel interview then offer came and I declined it. It was many weeks of sitting in the dark. I had reached out a few time to the recruiter but she never responded until they made their decision. Overall I thought they were very unorganized and gunshy to make a decision so I went with a different company. I had already been working for a month when I got a call from the recruiter telling me they had an offer for me.
