Different interviews with recruiting manager, HR people, line managers where background experience, professional and interpersonal skills, personality and fit with the company's culture and recruiting team were evaluated. Three stage process, screening call with HR. Then meeting with a couple of members from the team, including the person I would be directly reporting into. Final stage is a meeting with the head of the department.
The interview consited of an initial screening including backgound knowledge on sales plus a case study with a mockup sales pitch in which a imaginary lead has to be convinced of the product
