It started with recruiter contacting me to the first interview which was more for screening purpose. After which an interview was arranged with line manager. I had one interview with a Division President and one with a Group Head. Finally I had an interview with VP HR. After which I was given offer.

I was reached out to by a recruiter via LinkedIn, who then arranged an interview with me. The recruiter was great and we had a great conversation however it became clear that there were requirements for the role that were not a good fit for my personal situation. Therefore I did not progress further.
