Interview
Really bad taste after interviewing with Mastercard. The job description listed a salary range of 145k-182k. I asked for 180k and the recruiter was belittling and told me their max budget for the role was 145k. I asked why the range went up to 182k in the job description and she told me I must have read it wrong. I had it pulled up during the interview and it is still live with that range listed. Very shady recruiting tactic by Mastercard.

4 rounds of the interview process. Not a streamlined process. Way too much time between each interview scheduled. Initial background call with recruiter focusing on behavioural questions. 2nd call with Hiring manager regarding resume and general PM practices. 3rd round with tech counterparts: technical round with few coding questions
