I was told the meeting would be arranged through Microsoft Teams, which was giving me some trouble at the time prior to the interview. I communicated this at least twice days before the interview and asked if alternative methods of interviews would even be possible before I got a resolution or response the day of, when they included my phone number to reach me. Lukily I was able to get Teams to work I was then sent what should have been a link to the interview call, but the "click here" portion was not a link. This almost led to me being unable to make the meeting on time. One of my interviewers had a T-Shirt on. Despite my background being in other fields, I was asked about very specific tools that would apply to the position. Of course I tried to piviot around that and focus on my willingness to learn. I made several comments about being excited to join the culture and meet the team that got nothing but awkward silence in response. I wad told I would hear back with a decision the following week, and we are at two weeks with no response. I honestly think this is reflective of the team and not MC itself, at least I hope, but this was not the culture or experience I had been hearing so much positivity about.
