Interviewed two technical roles both times, The individuals would not turn on their camera but insisted I turn on mine (for the record I actually had mine on first but they didn't so I decided to turn mine off but was forced to turn mine on, in retrospect I should have just ended it)
At that point, really didn't care for the opportunity, it really demonstrates a lack of training on their part with respect to inclusive diverse hiring practices and down right NOT treating people as people.
