Long drawn process, very slow. Took 2.5 months to get to the case study round. It seemed that their preference was to hire consultants rather than folks with industry experience.

It was a reasonable interview, will not call it difficult.. the discussion was more around cultural fitment, global mobility and ability to adapt to a large matrix organization. Lot of stress was placed on communication skills vs technical skills
