I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mastercard in Jan 2025
Interview
I got a call directly from Mastercard HR, HR explained the process will be split into 4 rounds. 1-Pre-Technical, 2- Technical, 3-Managerial, 4-HR.
I cleared the 1st round of technical for which I got notification post one month of the interview later I had good hopes continued to wait for 2nd round mail/call but unfortunately received mail that the position got filled. Very disappointing experience with Mastercard. Although received mail of clearing 1st round did not receive mail or call for 2nd round and the position was filled post a month.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Pune) in Jun 2023
Interview
Process consists of 4 rounds, all tech + behavioural interviews. The interviews were very easy and got the very positive and strong feedback from all the interviewers [You get the idea when the interview goes really well and interviewers openly gives you very good feedback when you ask them] . Not the HR part comes - first they call you via company office number which you can not use it to call back, they do not reply to emails. Now they came back after 20 days that I have been given an offer but they tried to sell me the lesser position and when asked about the reason, HR couldn't give proper response. Just be prepared to be getting BS from HR when the market is bad! They feel like they are god in bad market situations .
