1 HR round followed by 4 rounds of 1:1 case interviews with the working team I felt the process was very rushed as I was encouraged to the final 3 rounds within the same week. They ghosted once the rounds are completed, only to send an email 3 months later saying their plans have changed. I felt the process was very transactional and likely I was a filler candidate.

Just one single interview with HR and that was it. suddenly they closed the position by "internal reasons" and that was it. So frustraiting and terrible hiring process. I could say it was the works interview experience in my entire life.

Horrible communication from the recruiter, was ghosted several times and only responded back to my emails when the person who referred me internally asked her to respond to my email. Was supposed to have a 2nd round interview with the hiring manager but was ghosted yet again. They also don't post salary ranges for their NY jobs which is illegal.
