Interview
Recruiter reached out by email and scheduled an initial call over Teams. It was structured like a conversation and he was very proactive with providing information about the team, culture, and process, to the point where he answered all the questions I was going to ask at the end. I was scheduled to move onto a portfolio review but they unfortunately decided to move forward with a different candidate. However, the recruiter was very communicative about this, which I appreciated.
