I applied online. I interviewed at Mastery Schools in Mar 2019
Interview
Intense. There are several interviews (3-4) with various members of the administrative team. This process begins with a phone interview. The process is definitely anxiety inducing. I honestly could not believe when I received a call back and an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mastery Schools (Camden, NJ) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interviewing process started with a phone interview that was more one-note than I had expected. After two weeks I was called back for an actual interview at the school. I met with the principal and assistant head of schools and gave a demo lesson. The best part was the feedback. I was given "glows" and "grows" to help better my lesson. The feedback was VERY specific and very positive in tone.
