On campus interview through university after initially meeting at career fair. Met 1 on 1 with one gentleman. Nice, helpful, although he did not provide much insight on the position or what would be required. Failed to contact me with positive or negative feedback... upsetting.

Apply online it takes a few weeks to get a call. Then you get a call for an interview and set up a time. One sit down interview with one person. They offered me the job on the spot but took two weeks to give me an official offer letter.
