Interview
First was a preliminary phone call from the employer to establish contact and ask some simple experience based questions and to follow up with a virtual interview with more employees. The virtual interview was with three employees total and was a bit more in depth with resume experience questions and behavioral questions. After this interview, an in person visit to the company office was scheduled. This was a half day process meeting with 10-15 employees including VP and CEO. It was setup in segments of 5 separate interviews with 2-3 employees in each segment including one segment with the CEO. All interviews mainly talking about previous experience and why you want to work for the company. Also try your best to remember names of the employees you met with as it is important to the company culture. This was a difficult interview process on a communication level not so much technical or difficult questions.
