Matador Resources Operations Engineer interview questions

Received interview through university. A half day interview meeting everyone from the entry level to the CEO. Everyone was respectful and courteous, except the literal head of the company (CEO). As I sat and waited for a couple people to interview with, I overheard people whisper out of fear about how overworked they were and were afraid of "Joe" the CEO. When meeting the CEO, one of the representatives prepped me about what to say and what to not say. I honestly felt that I was meeting a dictator after all the scripting. Unsurprisingly, the CEO was rude and arrogant and admonished me for asking genuine questions I had about his view on the company. Clearly out of fear of retribution, everyone was a "yes-man" to his face. Arguably, the worst place I interviewed at.
