Initially, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Was then scheduled to come in to meet with supervisors, 2-Vice Presidents, and HR Director - this process took 4+ hours. Then came in to give a 10-minute presentation and met with VP of HR and CEO. After 4 attempts to get an update on if I was still a potential candidate for the position, I found the position to be reposted. When I inquired again I was told I was not being considered. The process was over 3 months and they provided no follow-up through the process.
