I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Materialise
Interview
It was tough. There were all 4 interview sessions.
The 1st was more of a written technical test for an hour but there were just too many questions for the given time. So choose wisely on which you want to tackle first.
2nd was technical interview where I was required to draw and illustrate my idea on msc/uml diagram.
3rd was also technical interview but this was hosted by developer based in HQ. Most of the questions were regarding my previous positions.
4th was interview session with the HR manager.
I applied online. I interviewed at Materialise (Petaling Jaya)
Interview
Smooth and very professional interviewer. They did technical test and hr interview afterwards. As a fresh graduate, I was given adequate training to prepare myself into the job role. The benefits were average but the team mater were very supportive. The salary also average.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Materialise (Kyiv, Kyiv) in Oct 2023
Interview
Three steps of interview (HR, Techinal, Manager)
General techincal questions about .NET, Javascript, OOP, SOLID, patterns, experience, architecure etc.
Interview was made by two Senior developers. Both are full-stack engineers
I applied online. I interviewed at Materialise (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Some lame leetcode questions online, followed by phone interview. Again more generic technical questions that can be easily answered by looking up the internet. Then finally the biggest nonsense of all talking to HR and managers. They want you to be subservient and kind of dance to their tune. If you say anything that does not align to their thoughts you can say goodbye to your chances. And they have the nerve to forget about your application. Useless
