Took over four months to get the first phone call. In the meantime was already working for another company but was interested enough to continue the process. The Three onsite interviews could have been combined as I only met four people including HR.

The process is very smooth and well organized but things always come up at the end that was not prerequisites for the position. I got twice into the last stage and was rejected because I was not speaking dutch although that was not specified priorly.
